Uneventful

Thats how I would describe today. Did nothing much (so far) and saw nothing much, tho did venture out to get some more electric and found another beautiful sunny day outside! Nothing quite like walking out the front door to be greeted with warmth and sunshine. Does brighten my day considerably.

Girls have been behaving, on the whole, and are now happily playing in their bedroom (so I assume as I cannot hear any screaming coming from that direction) or they are asleep, as they tend to do of an afternoon if they get bored! Which reminds me so much of myself when I was a lot younger!

I have not really had chance to sit down and do any crafting as yet today, tho did sneak in a few lines on my granny square turned stripey blanket I am working on for the girls, earlier while I was supposed to have been tidying their room! But I did do one thing I am proud of (stupidly proud I know), I actually PRE-WASHED some fabric before I use it tomorrow for a craft swap I am taking part in. I cant say too much regarding what I'm making in case my craftee reads my blog but I will post pics when the swap is all over and done with.

Boy do I waffle on! I'm going to close this for now so I can go check on my little darlings before starting the dinner. I may come back on in a few minutes to upload some pictures of my current crochet and knitting work in progresses!
